Tickets are on sale for 2011

First Flight Rotary's Oink and Oyster Roast was a great success last year and we're looking forward to seeing everyone again this year. We're counting on seeing some new faces, too.

About 300 guests ate through 125 dozen oysters and countless pounds of barbecue, beans, potato salad and slaw last year. Many lingered for hours, mingling with old friends and making new acquaintances.

Traditionally held on the second weekend in October, the Oink and Oyster Roast is the club's main fund raiser and helps support many local and international projects.

"Service above Self" is the Rotary motto and that is our commitment to the community.

We look forward to seeing you Saturday, Oct. 8, at Longboard's, formerly Sunburn's, in Kitty Hawk.
